OFI’s anchor program, Together Facing the Challenge is a trauma-informed train-the-trainer program for caregivers and the agency staff who support them.

TFTC Family Edition

A TFTC companion program, this training helps connect out-of-home providers and permanency providers for the benefit of the child in care.

Trauma-Informed Communities

Encourages schools, child welfare agencies, healthcare providers, faith communities, and local organizations to work together with a shared understanding of trauma.

Regulate To De-Escalate

This curriculum provides practical strategies to help an escalated child regain self-regulation skills.

Hope Centered Curricula

Innovative, research-based training that helps family-serving organizations integrate the Science of Hope into practice.

TBRI® Caregiver Package

Provides caregivers, parents, and professionals with practical tools to support children who have experienced trauma, loss, or adversity.

Listed on the California Evidence-Based Clearinghouse for Child Welfare, Together Facing the Challenge first took root in North Carolina. The curriculum and its companion programs now support agencies and foster families across the United States.
