Michelle comes to OFI from Together Facing the Challenge, where she spent five years as a Certified Trainer and Consultant. Michelle is a mom of 6, 4 of her children came to her family through foster care and adoption. Michelle and her husband, Chase, have been foster parents since 2018, serving over 20 children in multiple capacities.
Michelle has a Master of Science in Family Studies from Texas Woman’s University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Azusa Pacific University.
Michelle has a passion for serving those who serve our most vulnerable populations. She is excited to bring her lived experience and education together to serve partners with the best learning experiences.
